Job Description:
Telesales Executive
As a Lifetech Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:
- Contribute to the market and sales plan targets, within the boundaries of the Business Unit's strategy and vendor agreements.
- Define and implement a dealer plan and targets to give systematic direction to and control over dealers and or vendor partners, sales, and relationship activities.
- Implement the vendor strategy in alignment with focused industry vendors and provide continuous feedback and data to support continued development of strategy.
- Identify sales opportunities with dealers and or vendor partners organization and ensure follow up of opportunities within DLL sales organization.
- Call and segment prospective dealers within the workplace, to enthuse dealers and originate quote requests.
- Generate and distribute quote proposals and rate cards to dealers on basis of quote requests.
- Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealers, to optimize service.
- Manage the business relationship with dealers on country/territory/region level, to increase business, income, and profitability in the short and long term.
- Management of existing business relationships with dealers (by telephone). Support and collaborate with colleagues including Account Managers.

Day to Day
- Prospect to focused vendor list in alignment with vendor strategy including creating prospecting list of vendors who are compatible with DLL's product offerings.
- Generate opportunities through outbound activity including phone call and email outreach in alignment with strategy and prospecting list.
- Manage CRM pipelines and opportunities through Salesforce.
- Provide program feedback on successful trends or program shortfalls that need to be enhanced to increase competitive capability.

Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree with insight and experience in the vendor finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets).
- Insight in local dealer organization structure, distribution channels, and vendor agreements
- Coordinates between and aligns multiple functionalities and multiple parties to structure a more complex deal
- Interacts with colleagues to bring in application existing vendor programs
- Proactive in outbound calling
- Self-motivated and confident working independently

Applicable pay range
$63,837.50 - $95,756.25 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
