Job Description

A Fortune 500 client of Insight Global is looking for a Techno-Functional Engineer to join a team within their IT Supply Chain division. This team is focused on building out a Warehouse Execution System that integrates with existing WMS platforms. This is a functional engineering role where you’ll:
• Design and configure system workflows
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders
• Help bridge gaps between systems and operations
• Contribute to automation and optimization efforts
• Be hands-on with SQL and system configuration
• Participate in solutioning and roadmap discussions
This role does work 100% remote, and pays between $55-70/hr. depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-4–6+ years of experience in techno-functional roles
-Strong experience the Supply Chain Fulfillment space
-Strong experience integrating and working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES)
-Hands-on functional engineering skills: configuration, automation, systems design
-SQL coding proficiency
-Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can connect the dots

Java experience/familiarity
