Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical .NET Lead should have:

• Proven experience in software development with C# and .NET Core
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in managing technical projects within the business services industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and optimisation.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• A solid understanding of coding standards and software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
