Our continuing growth has resulted in the need to hire a Studio Artist (Temporary). The Studio Artist will work closely with the Studio team members and Project Management to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities include executing revisions to layouts, resizing art, and creating PDFs from art files
  • Consults with the Senior Graphic Designer, Studio Manager. Associate Creative Director or Creative Director to evaluate specifications for individual project needs
  • Prepares finished layout for printer; preflight disks and prepares for output
  • Archives completed projects to appropriate media
  • Assists with related special projects as needed

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Creative Suite applications

Minimum Required Education and Experience

  • BA degree in advertising or graphic design
  • 1+ years of graphic design experience in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Knowledge of desktop publishing applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Knowledge of prepress/disk-to-plate preparation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint)
