About This Role:

iRhythm is currently seeking a Software Engineer to support the software behind our innovative cardiac monitoring products. In this role, you’ll develop features that power a connected healthcare ecosystem. This position is remote within the U.S. and offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, quality, and engineering in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. At iRhythm, software is central to how we deliver care at scale, and you’ll play a direct role in advancing the technology that supports millions of patient journeys.

What you’ll do:

• Design and engineer server-side software and web services that support iRhythm’s cloud-based platforms and integrate with internal and external healthcare systems
• Partner closely with product management to understand requirements, translate clinical and business needs into technical solutions, and deepen your understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Contribute as an active member of a scrum team, providing technical direction and regular status updates on assigned work
• Collaborate with SQA to ensure software quality, reliability, and compliance within a regulated medical device environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing to support stable, high-performing releases
• Strengthen the engineering culture through thoughtful code reviews and unit testing practices

About you:

• 2+ years of Java, object oriented programming and software engineering

• 1+ years of developing RESTful web services

• 1+ years in a subset of mySQL, Spring, AWS</p>

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
