About This Role:
iRhythm is currently seeking a Software Engineer to support the software behind our innovative cardiac monitoring products. In this role, you’ll develop features that power a connected healthcare ecosystem. This position is remote within the U.S. and offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, quality, and engineering in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. At iRhythm, software is central to how we deliver care at scale, and you’ll play a direct role in advancing the technology that supports millions of patient journeys.
What you’ll do:
- Design and engineer server-side software and web services that support iRhythm’s cloud-based platforms and integrate with internal and external healthcare systems
- Partner closely with product management to understand requirements, translate clinical and business needs into technical solutions, and deepen your understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Contribute as an active member of a scrum team, providing technical direction and regular status updates on assigned work
- Collaborate with SQA to ensure software quality, reliability, and compliance within a regulated medical device environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing to support stable, high-performing releases
- Strengthen the engineering culture through thoughtful code reviews and unit testing practices
About you:

2+ years of Java, object oriented programming and software engineering
-
1+ years of developing RESTful web services
-
1+ years in a subset of mySQL, Spring, AWS</p>
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.

Estimated Pay Range
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
