A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Social Media Program Coordinator in Baltimore, Maryland (Harbor Point) for a 6-month contract, hybrid (4 days onsite).

Social Media Program Coordinator Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media coordination, content, or marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills for public-facing content.
  • Experience working with legal or compliance teams in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency across major platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Basic Excel skills and ability to interpret social performance metrics.

 Social Media Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage editorial calendars for owned social media content.
  • Review, edit, and evaluate partner-submitted content to ensure brand alignment.
  • Serve as a key liaison with legal/compliance to ensure content is approved and archived.
  • Publish and monitor content using tools like Khoros (or similar platforms).
  • Track publishing timelines and support timely content delivery across programs.
