About the role
We're looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality across our Digital and Identity platforms. You'll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC, you'll design and maintain test frameworks, guide best practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-assurance outcomes. You'll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables
- Ensure appropriate types of testing are planned and executed throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Build quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines using robust test frameworks
- Collaborate with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests aligned to delivery milestones
- Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements
- Coach and mentor junior Test Engineers
What you'll bring
- 7+ years' experience in a Test Engineer or Senior Test role
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
- Experience with API automation
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Applitools
- Proven experience supporting high-availability production systems
- Solid understanding of all testing types (e.g., functional, system, integration, regression)
