Job Description:

Location: Hybrid (1-2x a week onsite) in Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $150-175k, DOE

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the modernization of legacy systems while driving innovation in new solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on development, system optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  • Modernize and refactor legacy systems for scalability and performance.
  • Design and implement new features and integrations.
  • Work across the stack, focusing on .NET and diverse modern technologies.
  • Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high code quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and proficiency in additional languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, and database optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
