Job Description:

At Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team and would love for you to join us. We are currently seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join a project focused on building high-performance, multi-region distributed systems in Azure.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting and maintaining large-scale applications. You won't just write code; you will shape how services communicate via gRPC, how events flow through EventHub, and how our infrastructure scales on AKS.

We value simple, testable code and a "GitOps first" mentality.

We are looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about engineering excellence, from Terraform automation to advanced observability with Grafana.

Requirements

You're Great At:

• .NET Mastery: Extensive experience with .NET and C# (8+ years), building robust backend services.
• Distributed Architectures: Designing and implementing scalable systems using microservices, gRPC for inter-service communication, and OpenAPI for documentation.
• Azure Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Table Storage, and Key Vault.
• Event-Driven Design: Experience publishing and consuming events (specifically with EventHub or similar like Kafka).
• Cloud-Native Runtimes: Deep knowledge of container orchestration with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Quality & Testing: A strong "Test-First" mindset, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and performance validation with k6.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform (Terragrunt is a major plus) to manage multi-region environments.
• Leadership: Providing technical mentorship, leading architectural decisions, and collaborating in an Agile environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

It Would Be Fantastic If You Also Have:

• Experience with Redis and advanced search capabilities (e.g., RediSearch).
• Familiarity with Identity Management using Duende (IdentityServer).
• Knowledge of GitOps development workflows.
• Experience with Grafana for system observability and monitoring.
