We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Capacity Planning and Strategy to join our Network team. We are looking for someone who has experience driving network capacity strategy, addressing key drivers like growth, attrition, utilization & demand management. and wants to bring their talents into a "for purpose" space. What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager, Network Planning & Strategy, you will:

Network Capacity Planning & Strategy

  • Develop & execute Talkspace's network capacity strategy, addressing key drivers like growth, attrition, utilization & demand management
  • Assess provider network capacity by state & line of business, ensuring readiness for new business and making growth recommendations
  • Collaborate with Recruitment & Credentialing teams to establish growth targets aligned with demand
  • Partner with Provider Experience to identify & implement strategies to improve provider attrition
  • Enhance provider engagement & utilization across the network
  • Provide insights to Business Development & Marketing to align demand with network capacity and recommend strategies for network adequacy
  • Monitor high-demand states to propose alternative solutions for growing Talkspace's network
  • Facilitate multi-state licensure opportunities for providers based on areas of need & state regulations

Network Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare & present reports on network capacity & performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimize existing reporting processes to align with internal best practices
  • Share network insights through a weekly internal newsletter
  • Deliver external reporting for Talkspace customers regularly

Team Management

  • Manage & support the network team, including training, job assignments & performance management
  • Foster professional development & growth for team members

Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement

  • Lead & implement strategic initiatives to optimize Talkspace's network
  • Identify & resolve areas for improvement, including system bugs, product gaps & operational bottlenecks
  • Oversee team projects focused on process improvements

About You

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in operations & analytics
  • Proficient in Google Slides & Sheets (or Excel/PowerPoint) for analytics & reporting (e.g., pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience with Looker or similar data analytics tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Industry knowledge of provider networks & mental health landscapes by state is a plus
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency is a critical part of diversity, equity & inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, regularly evaluated to ensure competitive pay.

The base salary range for this role is between $115,000 - $130,000. Leveling within the range depends on relevant experience, skills assessed during the interview process, education, and certifications.
