Your mission
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Media to help grow our portfolio of dermo-cosmetic brands: Eau Thermale Avène, René Furterer, and Klorane. This role will play a critical part in driving Pierre Fabre’s U.S. business by expanding consumer engagement with momentum and scale, across all channels.
The Senior Manager - Media will oversee the development of omnichannel media strategies to deliver against business objectives. This includes managing partnerships with media and digital activation agencies, as well as serving as the primary liaison with media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) to maximize performance. The position requires staying on top of evolving trends in media and digital marketing, analyzing performance data to improve ROI, and efficiencies, delivering actionable insights that fuel growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and creative professional who is passionate about media, especially digital, and skilled in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Essential Functions:

Build strong partner relationships internally and externally, while maintaining a hands-on approach to operational details.

Develop omnichannel media strategies informed by data and insights, including objectives, activation plans, and performance measures (KPIs) to achieve brand growth.

Manage the strategy, tactics, and budgets (short- and long-term) of digital media agencies; Serve as the primary agency partner to co-own strategy & budgets and ensure strong execution.

In alignment with the brand team, define media plans and guidelines, ensuring excellence in asset execution, data-driven consumer targeting aligned with brand equity and platform relevance.

Lead execution of retail media, with particular focus on Amazon Ads strategy and performance.

Optimize media spend by developing more efficient, cost-effective options for awareness, engagement, and conversion (online and offline).

Oversee analytics across all media and digital marketing tactics, extracting insights to optimize ROI and ROAS.

Establish benchmarks and KPIs in conjunction with agency partners, oversee performance tracking, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay current on trends and best practices in media, digital marketing, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Data, Brand Marketing, Content, Sales, eCommerce, Finance, etc.) to align strategies, share insights, and ensure strong execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Deep understanding of the U.S. media landscape, particularly digital, social, and emerging platforms (AI, geo-targeting, etc.).

Clear understanding of KPIs that drive commercial performance (sell-through, market share).

Expertise in digital media and marketing, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Media, and other key platforms.

Experience in retail media or marketing, with knowledge of vendors, platforms, and industry best practices.

Strong understanding of omnichannel performance measurements.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.

Proficiency in social media analytics and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Amazon Analytics, etc.).

Business acumen with the ability to connect media performance to business outcomes.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred: experience in dermo-cosmetics and/or beauty.
Required Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital media and hands-on experience with omni channel media planning and media buying for CPG brands.

Strong Excel/database skills and experience working with (or managing) media agencies.

Knowledge of SEO/SEA

Platform experience: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Amazon Ads Console/DSP.

Google certifications (AdWords, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.) strongly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and build innovative strategies.

Work Environment / physical demands / position type and expected hours of work:

This position based in Secaucus, NJ, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with two remote days each week.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment this is a largely sedentary role; however, it requires the ability to lift marketing materials, open product cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000
This range represents the base annual full-time salary for all positions within the applicable job grade. The actual salary offer will depend on a range of factors including experience, education, location, and other relevant qualifications. This position is also eligible for a Pierre Fabre bonus, commission, or incentive program in addition to the base pay.
