Job Description:

About Liberty Fox Technologies

Liberty Fox Technologies is a consulting firm that partners with clients to maintain, rebuild, and develop enterprise applications — primarily in the healthcare space. We’re not a staff augmentation company — our teams include project managers, QA, business analysts, and technical leads who work together through the entire project lifecycle. Our core stack centers around .NET and Blazor, though we also deliver solutions in React, Angular, and other modern frameworks based on clients needs. (Must be experienced and comfortable working with .NET/C#)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment. This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, engage deeply with both the team and clients, and help lead projects to successful outcomes.

You’ll work alongside other team members to scope and estimate projects, guide junior developers, and deliver high-quality applications using agile methodologies. You’ll also be responsible for keeping projects on track — ensuring estimates are accurate, tickets are up to date, and communication flows smoothly.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, lead by example, and stay close to modern technology, this is the place for you. We’re a small, passionate team that values accountability, craftsmanship, and directly impact clients’ success, not just push tickets in a queue.

  • Lead development efforts on client projects from planning to delivery.
  • Estimate tasks and communicate proactively about risks or overages.
  • Mentor junior developers & assist with tech escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, Tech Leads, QA, and clients to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain a timesheet in Jira/Tempo
  • Developing high quality code within project Sprints.
  • Develop back and front-end (Full Stack)

  • Candidate must be local to the Philadelphia region
  • 6 years of agency experience is preferred
  • Senior Full-Stack software developer with experience in mobile applications is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of proficiency with object-oriented, Full Stack programming in C# (PHP/Python is a strong bonus)

  • Experience with modern Full-Stack. Javascript frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Knowledge in implementing Responsive Web Design using foundation or Bootstrap or TailWindCSS (Preferred)
  • Competent understanding of RESTful services
  • At least 5 years of experience with either MSSQL or MySQL Databases

  • Clear, professional communication skills including the ability to express technical and non-technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills for yourself and others
  • The ability and knowledge to deescalate a situation by jumping in and helping a junior member of your team is a skill that is essential.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Project leadership with the ability to support junior team members through guidance and teaching.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong bonus.
