We are seeking a Senior Director of Belonging & Corporate Citizenship to lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that foster an inclusive workforce and promote corporate responsibility. This role is responsible for developing and integrating belonging and citizenship practices into talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and implementation of global belonging and corporate citizenship initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to align inclusive practices across hiring, training, rewards, and employee engagement.

  • Lead internal and external communications to enhance the visibility of belonging initiatives and company values.

  • Initiate and manage programs such as community outreach, mentoring, and inclusive supplier partnerships.

  • Monitor, measure, and report progress against established goals.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure effective program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion, and corporate citizenship programs.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence at all levels.

  • Global perspective with experience supporting diverse, multicultural workforces.

This is a global-impact role with an onsite presence at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 238,240.00 - 327,580.00 USD

 

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 191,360.00 - 263,120.00 USD

 

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 172,320.00 - 236,940.00 USD
