About the Role
As a Senior RPA Developer, you'll support and enhance automation delivery, coach developers, and drive best practices within a collaborative team. Your work will optimise operations, uplift technical capability, and contribute to a purpose-led transformation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the enhancement and maintenance of UiPath robots, increasing efficiency and optimising operational costs
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to support and maintain automation platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues at the robot level, ensuring seamless business operations
- Implement new tools and frameworks to enable automation and continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor team members, uplifting technical knowledge and fostering a culture of learning
- Promote and define best practices for RPA across the domain, supporting innovation and quality outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in IT programming and automation, with strong skills in UiPath and RPA tools
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or Subversion, supporting collaborative development
- Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts, applied to business process improvement
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in Agile environments and building strong stakeholder relationships
