Freelance Remote $45 - $50 /hr

Our healthcare client is looking for a Senior Copywriter who will be responsible for writing print, web, email, direct mail, postcards, and social media ads for Annual Enrollment and Open Enrollment sales materials.

This is a freelance opportunity that is 20 hrs / week and 100% remote. 

Job Description  
-Brainstorms and collaborates with the other team members to determine appropriate brand messaging for communications projects 
-Develops and presents the best copy to meet cost/benefit, budget, and corporate marketing strategy requirements 
-Follows  content, copy, and tone of voice guidelines. Follows guidelines so content is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements 
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word 

Hiring Requirements 
-Strong advertising and marketing portfolio and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working for a design studio, ad agency, or corporate in-house environment   
-Ability to write attention-getting and clever headlines that are succinct 
-Ability to write engaging support copy 

Hiring Preferences 
-Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment, and display initiative and innovation on the job 
-Proven ability to develop fresh, original concepts 
-Strong organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines 
-Healthcare and health insurance experience preferred but not required 
-Direct response marketing or understanding of direct response marketing best practices 
-Able to work during Eastern Time Zone working hours
