About the Role

 

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you'll develop and implement a user-friendly access management system to support a high-profile client. This includes ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services while collaborating with design and engineering teams to maintain high standards of quality.

 

Responsibilitites

 

• Develop and implement robust access management systems.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.
• Ensure effortless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Maintain adherence to clean and efficient coding practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in Ruby (and preferably Ruby on Rails).
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend and backend.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Identity Access Management systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Background working with distributed teams.
