OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent & Community team in recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. The responsibilities of this role will include providing essential administrative assistance including managing job postings, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, arranging interviews and maintaining our candidate database updated.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible of talent vetting (reviewing candidates' profiles and CVs), and executing assessment guidelines and onboarding support to our Community freelancers. The talent vetting will have main focus on freelance translation and linguistic profiles focused in media, entertainment (sports & music specifically) and explicit content.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract with possibility of being extended if goals are met.
Main responsibilities
- Review candidate applications daily for various recruitment campaigns;
- Utilize social media and web recruitment tools to access to different audiences;
- Deliver daily and weekly reports to the Sourcing Leaders and Talent Community Managers;
- Candidate vetting: daily check on candidates' assessments and application progress;
- Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with job requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Offer excellent customer service to our global supplier base, mostly through the use of our ticketing system;
- Support Onboarding processes and suggests improvements;
- Support Quality Assurance process, procedures, ISO audits (internal and external).
Required experience and skills
- First experience in full life-cycle recruitment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment;
- Administrative experience and skills, ideally within talent or people management;
- Team player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative;
- Experience working in the localization industry would be ideal
- Interest or professional experience in the media, entertainment and/or sports industries.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and advanced-level user of Microsoft (Word, PPT and Excel).

- Organizational Skills: Manage concurrent recruitment tasks for different client programs while maintaining focus on deadlines and priorities.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Address gaps in candidate pipelines by leveraging insights from ongoing knowledge transfer and client requirements.
Educational Level
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
