Job Description

ProgressBible is looking for a volunteer or support-raised member able to offer a minimum commitment of two years. This is a full-time (30-40hr/week) remote position with occasional travel involved. Mostly working in U.S. Central time zone work hours. The ProgressBible Relationships Manager supports global partner engagement and operational coordination across both ProgressBible and Rev79 initiatives. This role ensures that partners are well-supported—from onboarding to ongoing collaboration—through strategic guidance, training, and consistent follow-up. The position emphasizes strong relationship management, cross-team collaboration, and effective use of data tools and systems.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ProgressBible data partners.

  • Lead onboarding processes, ensuring smooth access to tools, agreements, and initial training.

  • Conduct regular partner check-ins to review goals, data use, and support needs.

  • Track partner engagement and status using internal systems (e.g., CRM).

  • Provide timely follow-up and documentation to maintain strong and effective partnerships.

  • Occasional travel to events, conferences, partner's office.

Training & Tool Implementation

  • Deliver training on ProgressBible tools and promote best practices in data use.

  • Work with technical and data staff to ensure successful tool access and integration.

  • Collaborate with the team to manage user accounts and monitor tool adoption.

  • Identify recurring needs across partners and support the development of scalable training solutions.

Operational Support & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records in shared systems

  • Support team meetings with clear documentation and follow-up tracking.

  • Coordinate with team leads to implement systems that improve efficiency and alignment.

Team Collaboration

  • Engage actively with the ProgressBible Relationship Management Team, report to Partnership Manager.

  • Coordinate regularly with ProgressBible and Rev79 leadership, data specialists, and technical staff.
