JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRADER:
Campaign Execution
- End to end campaign ownership
- Deliver exceptional campaign performance
- Use insights to build client rapport and unlock incremental opportunities
- Programmatic buying across multiple DPSs and platforms
- Consistent daily analysis and optimisation
- Leverage campaign management and business intelligence tools
- Liaise with publishers and inventory partners to improve supply
Portfolio Management
- Internal and external client reporting
- Campaign monitoring to deliver campaigns ahead of pace
- Use data, analysis and trading expertise to exceed campaign performance objectives
- Stays abreast of industry and international trends to identify client risks and opportunities
- Grow client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
Internal Collaboration
- Working with MiQ global central departments to aid in any of the following:
- Ad Operations
- Pre-campaign analysis
- Post-campaign insight reporting
- Troubleshooting
Communication
- Very confident in content creation and delivery for external meetings
- Proactive to arrange external meetings to grow client relationship and revenue
- Comfortable working amongst and alongside a diverse range of cultures and countries
Innovation
- Regularly uses campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
- Willing to take calculated risks
- Motivated by learning opportunities; asks questions
- Makes strong relationships with product and analysis teams to improve client strategies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 years experience within a programmatic role
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential
- The ability to work with large datasets in Excel files and BI internal tools
- A working knowledge of statistical models
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fluent in French
- Attention to detail and the proactive problem-solving mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment
- A start-up mind-set
