  •  Program Standards Development & Tracking:

    ·         Develop and manage a tracking system for all components of registered apprenticeship program standards packages, such as work processes and competencies; related and supplemental instruction; required DAS/DOL forms; LEA letters; wage schedules; and more.

  •  Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:

    ·         Collaborate with the LAUNCH team to identify and implement improvements to apprenticeship program access, efficiency, and quality.

    ·         Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining employer and apprentice participation in registered programs.
