Overview

**This position is Remote. Candidates must reside in California.**

 

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Program Manager, Technology Systems is responsible for overseeing and integrating technology and program management initiatives across Research Finance in collaboration with Information Services. This role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects, addressing operational needs, and implementing innovative solutions for ERP systems and other technology platforms to support organizational goals. The Program Manager will act as a central point of contact for program-related issues and lead process improvements, system enhancements, and end-user training with minimal supervision.


Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in program or technology management
• Proven experience managing ERP systems, with strong technical and functional knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-departmental projects and implement process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

 

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.


Pay Scale Information


$89,440.00 - $160,992.00
