Description
Position: Clinical Nursing Instructor – Practical Nursing Program
Location: Aurora Campus
Schedule: Part-Time (Thurs–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM) | 20 hrs/week (16 clinical, 4 remote grading)
Compensation: $37.51–$46.59/hr + ESOP | 401(k) | Tuition Reimbursement | Healthcare
Join our Practical Nursing Program to train the next generation of nurses! We're seeking an RN with 3+ years clinical experience to provide hands-on instruction. Enjoy a hybrid schedule (16 hrs on-site, 4 hrs remote), tuition reimbursement, and employee ownership (ESOP). Master's preferred but not required - we support your advancement!

Clinical Expertise: 3+ years of direct patient care and a passion for hands-on teaching

In This Role, You’ll:

Supervise and instruct students in clinical settings

Contribute to curriculum development and updates

Track student progress and create success plans

Partner with clinical sites to ensure quality learning environments
What You’ll Need:

Education:
-
Master’s in Nursing (preferred), or
-
Bachelor’s + a written plan to complete a Master’s (we’ll help fund it!)

Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license in Colorado
-
Experience: 3+ years in direct patient care
-
Tech Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, and EMR systems
Physical Expectations:

Stand and walk for 8–12 hours

Lift up to 20 lbs

Assist with patient mobility
