Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Developer with a strong background in SAP, Salesforce and Articulate 360 tools (Storyline & Rise) to develop effective, engaging training solutions for SAP/Salesforce end users. This role will be responsible for the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment and instructional design to content development, delivery, and maintenance—for a variety of SAP and Salesforce-related projects.

- This role will work out of our Atlanta, GA office with hybrid flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
E-Learning & Instructional Design:
- Develop self-paced e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, incorporating multimedia elements such as screenshots, videos, voiceovers, and animations.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create structured, engaging learning experiences.
Training Needs Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and determine the best instructional strategies for various SAP and Salesforce modules and user groups.
LMS Integration & Support:
- Upload and test training materials in the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compatibility, accessibility, and functionality across platforms.
- Track learner progress and ensure effective course deployment.
Live & Virtual Delivery:
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions to support SAP and Salesforce system rollouts or enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners during and after training delivery.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop assessments to measure learner retention and performance.
- Collect feedback and usage data to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce, developing simulations, documentation, and performance support content
- Proven experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise to design and develop engaging e-learning courses
- Strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex SAP processes into learner-friendly content
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities
