Join KidsCare Home Health-an award-winning pediatric home health agency dedicated to improving the lives of children. We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Quality Specialist to help ensure the highest quality of care for our pediatric clients and their families.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Serve as a liaison between families and clinicians to resolve care concerns.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, address issues, and drive quality improvements.
- Manage workflow and follow-ups using an internal ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide compassionate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet care goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 1-2 years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
