The Prudential Long Term Care team is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Marketing Specialist with graphic design skills to join our Long Term Care team. This role will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in creating effective policyholder communications and provide creative design for an internal website dedicated to our well-being and aging program. The ideal candidate will take a leadership role ensuring all design elements align with our value proposition and corporate brand guidelines. You will be essential to the continued success of our newly launched Prudential Peak Well-being portal.

This will be a hybrid role based out of Fort Washington, PA. For exceptionally well-qualified candidates, Virtual working arrangement may be considered, with expectation of travel as required.

What you can expect:

  • Assist in the development, design, and execution of policyholder communications materials, including newsletters, brochures, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency and quality in all marketing materials.
  • Provide creative graphic design for the internal build of a website, focusing on enhancing user experience and visual appeal.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the marketing team in developing innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Perform a variety of technical duties related to the execution and management of policyholder direct and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external organizations to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aging sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working within corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Strong visual and design background, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design applications as needed.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with website design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72,900.00 to $108,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
