We are looking for a motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Ingredients + Specialties (I+S) team!
In this role, you will support the seamless execution of global marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, processes, and communication across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are successfully delivered.
You’ll play a key part in optimizing workflows, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a wide range of marketing activities—from social media and events to creative production. What You'll Do

Supervise the timely implementation of various initiatives, applying project management tools to actively coordinate with Marketing Managers, Marketing Leadership, and Agency teams.

Proactively communicate deadlines, next steps, process/protocol and issues across global teams and stakeholders.

Have a creative agency oversight, managing the relationships with external agencies to ensure effective and efficient brand compliance and creative execution, while monitoring progress to confirm tasks are achieved on time and within project scope to the satisfaction of internal customers.

Onboard new team members by providing live training demos and resources for a collaborative environment.

Help with projects across the marketing communications team as needed, including but not limited to: social media, tradeshows/events, media relations, advertising, and research.

Be the point-of-contact for image download and translation requests, ensuring proper upload/download, file naming and management.

Coordinate global marketing-related vendor setup and invoice processing, including vendor onboarding, PO creation/management, and invoice tracking.
What You'll Need
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, project management, or relevant fields.

Experience in a large, global, complex organization.

Certified Project Management accreditation (not required).

Experience using Wrike, Magento, Corcentric, Sharepoint and/or Hopin platforms is preferred.

Highly adaptable and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Proven project management, problem-solving and relationship-building skills deployed across large and complex organizations.

This is a Hybrid opportunity - two days in the office and three days working from home. Office location: The Woodlands, TX.
