Job Title: Marketing Manager (Remote)

FLSA Status: Exempt

We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (Remote) Genesis Homes Development / Champion Homes Center

Do you know SEO like the back of your hand? Can you build a website that not only looks great but converts traffic into leads? Love running social media campaigns that get noticed? If so - we want you on our team!

We're a multi-state leader in the manufactured homes industry, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who's ready to own our digital presence and help more families find their dream home.

What You'll Do: Build and manage dynamic websites + landing pages Run SEO campaigns (technical, on-page, and local) Create and optimize Google Business Profiles Drive content strategy and social media campaigns Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions - and report results monthly Work directly with leadership to refine and grow our marketing strategy

What You Bring: Experience in digital marketing (SEO, content, social media, analytics) Website management/design skills (WordPress, Wix, or similar) Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools Creative ideas + analytical skills to back them up Self-starter attitude - you can thrive in a remote role
