- This position starts at: $92,400. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.

Creative thinker with a passion for brand building to support our strategic communications and content marketing initiatives as the Marketing Communications Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing our social media strategy, managing social media channels, coordinating content marketing efforts, tracking performance and supporting PR initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay current and effective.
- Manage strategy and execution to strengthen profiles for key Ensemble executives and stakeholders, including overseeing their LinkedIn presence to enhance personal brand equity.
Content Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
- Support the Content Marketing Specialist in the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, webinars and more.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media and content marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data to optimize content and social media strategies for better engagement and ROI.
Public Relations Support:
- Assist the Director of Marketing Communications in executing PR strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and build relationships.
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Experience We Love:
- 3 - 5 years job experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful content marketing and communication strategies.
- Knowledge of PR strategies and media relations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Required Certifications:
- CRCR or other approved certification
