Job Description:

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Marketing Associate on Stryker's Sustainability Solutions Vascular team, you will support sales and marketing initiatives by providing real-time product support, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the salesforce to drive execution. This role involves traveling to customer sites, supporting products in the EP or cath lab, gathering insights to inform strategy, and assisting with sales training and promotional efforts. You will also develop expertise in market dynamics, competitor positioning, and product performance, playing a key role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our portfolio. With hands-on experience in both marketing execution and customer engagement, this position offers a strong foundation for future growth within Stryker.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide sales and customer support by answering questions or resolving issues related to sustainability solutions via phone, email, or occasionally in person.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing support materials, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and digital tools.
  • Support the marketing of Sustainability Solutions initiatives through exhibits, trade shows, and educational events.
  • Deliver marketing or sales training to internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to sustainability-focused products and processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies for communicating product or program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide input on new sustainability product or program development.
  • Support key product trials, presentations, or installations as directed.
  • Submit periodic reports on assigned topics and initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0+ years of work experience

Preferred:

  • Internship experience related to marketing, sales, or healthcare.

Travel Percentage: 30%
