Ansell is looking for a Manager, Customer Marketing (Healthcare) to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading and executing demand generation, customer retention, and growth marketing efforts across the Acute healthcare vertical. Focused on hospitals, health systems, and specialty providers, this role will manage omni-channel marketing plans and tactical execution across North America, with tailored initiatives for Canada. Ideal candidates bring healthcare marketing experience and can translate clinical and product needs into compelling, compliance-driven solutions. You'll partner cross-functionally, oversee media and vendor relationships, and manage budgets to amplify our commercial impact across sales and marketing channels.

What your role will be?
-
Drive internal and external marketing communications to elevate brand presence across North America.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify content needs and coordinate development of impactful marketing assets aligned to strategic priorities.

Lead tactical commercial execution for the Acute vertical within the Healthcare business, partnering with Regional and Global Strategic Business Units.

Develop and manage execution plans, calendars, and budgets for Acute vertical marketing initiatives.

Own end-to-end content creation for regional campaigns, events, and tradeshows-from setting objectives and writing briefs to activation and performance tracking.

Ensure all content aligns with key personas and brand standards, driving consistency across digital, print, and in-person channels.

Partner cross-functionally with global marketing, product management, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact, relevant content.
What will you bring to Ansell?
-
3-5 years of Customer-Centric Marketing experience, Product marketing.

Experience or background in working in a regulated environment, i.e., Healthcare systems/hospital marketing, med-device, pharma, acute care.

Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency and/or corporate environment.

Knowledge of Marketing metrics reporting and analytics.

Advanced copy writing skills for the healthcare audience.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
