Your Profile

Our goal is to create sustainable value for our clients. For this, we are looking for nothing less than the best employees in the market:

At least 12 years of professional experience in media/entertainment/publishing/advertising – combined with consulting and industry experience (e.g., P&L/BU responsibility, transformation, performance programs)
The will and motivation to support the expansion of the TMT/Media team
Strong implementation skills in complex change programs: operating model, M&A, performance improvement, steering cross-functional teams, clear decision-making and results orientation
Strong financial and analytical skills
Proven track record in achieving implementation-oriented, high-quality solutions in multiple work streams, as well as the ability to fully take on various areas of responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving skills
Very good academic background; Master's degree, Diploma, PhD, or equivalent qualification

Fluent in German and English; additional languages ​​are an advantage

Extensive willingness to travel for a hybrid work model (remote, office, client-site)
Current passport holders, citizens, and/or work permit holders for Germany. Applicants must have a work permit that allows them to travel and work within the EU.
