  • Design and prototype intuitive, engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
  • Work with user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in existing products.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and maintain the integrity of the visual journey identity and the user-relevant journey.
  • Create and maintain design systems that promote consistency across various products.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, users, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices in product design.
  • Balance creativity with technical limitations to create solutions that are innovative and feasible.
  • Utilize systems thinking to connect the dots across the entire product and customer experience.

  What you'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with development teams.
  • Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, interaction design, and design systems, especially in consumer commerce.
  • Experience using user research to validate design concepts and measure success
  • Experience in responsive design and creating interfaces for different screen sizes and devices, including the mobile environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive strategic design initiatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to balance design innovation with user-centered best practices and business goals.
