You will lead complex planning projects that directly impact our premium product availability and commercial objectives across all channels. You will synthesize diverse cross-functional inputs, navigate ambiguity, and challenge conventional planning assumptions to enhance forecast accuracy and support On’s rapid, sustainable growth.
Your Mission:

- Act as the primary planning partner to the Global Supply and Demand Planning teams, collaboratively developing inventory and replenishment strategies for existing items, new product launches, and product phase-outs
- Coordinate and clearly communicate customer action plans, inventory days, and liquidation strategies with Sales & Operations and Supply Planning teams to balance commercial speed with operational efficiency

Your Story:
- 5+ years of experience in demand, inventory, replenishment or supply planning for a multi-channel product company. Experience in global sportswear or fashion is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex, end-to-end projects that required challenging prevailing planning assumptions and successfully integrating diverse, sometimes contradictory, input to solve complex problems

- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and storytelling skills. Proven ability to tailor information for different audiences and facilitate cross-functional dialogue.
- Proven analytical and strategic planning capabilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently towards tight timelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence and authority to engage stakeholders at all levels and from diverse cultural backgrounds, both internally and externally, to drive critical decision-making on new and complex topics.
