Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead content writer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging learning content and designing effective curriculums. Proficiency in Articulate Storyboarding and Instructional Designing is essential. A background in User Experience and Prototyping is a plus. This role requires strong English language skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
