  • Ability to produce trend boards, colour, catwalk reports and shop reports for multiple womenswear categories.
  • Knowledge of fabric , and ability to translate this into trends.
  • Knowledge of colour, graphics and print, and ability to incorporate this into trends clearly.
  • If needed, the ability to take responsibility for a womenswear product category, which includes independent research, product development and range building with a buying team.
  • Strong skills in CAD (illustrator, photoshop, Indesign)
  • Ability to create clear and detailed design packs to be sent to the supply chain.
  • Ability to translate initial ideas and concepts into commercial designs.
  • Working closely with buying teams to create a cohesive and saleable collection.
  • Working closely with the technical team, advising factories on fabric, fit, construction and details.
  • Sourcing from the supply base and building strong relationship with suppliers.
  • Reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant, fashion-forward trends and ranges with our customer in mind.
  • Have strong presentation skills and be confident to present designs in meetings
  • You must have previous experience within Womenswear fashion at an assistant or Junior level who is interested in a new challenge.

We are only accepting applications with Womenswear design experience at a Junior level already or high level assistant looking for their next step up.
