Summary

DLA Piper is seeking a junior associate to join our Investment Funds group with a focus on public REIT capital markets. This position is open to our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have general experience with equity and capital markets transactions, and/or advising public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and securities law matters. Specific experience in the REIT industry is preferred. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
