ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solution Manager, Anesthesia drives technology projects and product development that brings meaningful value to Sound’s anesthesia service line. This individual is responsible for implementing the vision and roadmap for anesthesia service line. The Solution Manager, Anesthesia is informed by the direction and recommendations of the multiple stakeholders across Sound, and is responsible for communicating clearly and concisely with all stakeholders, super users and end users.
The Details: This is a full-time, remote position. Some travel required, less than one week per year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop partnerships with business stakeholders and facilitate clear communication all aspects of ongoing technology initiatives
- Perform business analysis functions, including enlisting, documenting and prioritizing new product capabilities and functionality for products that drive revenue cycle workflows
- Partner closely with Product Owners in the Agile development process, orchestrating the delivery of new features and products to end-users when custom development is required
- Fully engage with agile teams by writing clear stories, prioritization of the backlog and implementing ongoing improving through retrospectives
- Create and maintain educational materials for anesthesia to support various user types
- Accountable to adhere to all internal controls, and maintain documentation as requires by Sound’s policies and procedures
- Customer oriented; develop relationships, anticipate and address the needs of all end-user groups effectively
- Establish and oversee a clinical (physician and APP) advisory council responsible for giving end-user input on technology, workflows, products and systems that are driven by patient care and clinical team needs
- Ability to present to peers and senior management with clarity and brevity
- Actively collaborate across teams for on-time delivery of objectives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of anesthesia industry

- Experience managing the entire project cycle from beginning to end
- Experience working with software development preferably in an Agile software development environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
- Three years experience in relevant field.
- Five to Seven years experience in relevant field.
Compensation Range
This position offers an annual salary range of $95,000 - $110,000, plus bonus opportunity. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
