Your Journey as a Freelance International Recruiter

  • Collaborate with your Recruitment Manager to design a roadmap aligned with financial goals.
  • Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment and marketing tools.
  • Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews and shortlist the most qualified individuals for your Recruitment Manager.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process until their successful placement.
  • Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates and continuously advance your career!

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in a multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge and interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Availability to perform this role full-time
  • Strong communication skills with a good level of English
