Title: Integration and Support Specialist

Location: Miami, FL

Job Description:

Location:

Guardian Corporate

Technology should make dentistry simpler, not harder.

We’re looking for an Integration and Support Specialist who enjoys bringing structure to complex systems and helping dental teams run confidently with the right workflows, tools, and technology.

If you’ve implemented or supported a dental practice management system like Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental, you’re already speaking our language. Your mission will be to make integrations smooth, data clean, and support consistent across all practices.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Integrations and Implementations
• Guide dental teams through new PMS setups and transitions from legacy systems

• Support go-live weekends, data validation cycles and end-to-end implementation tasks

Manage Data and Systems
• Oversee data mapping, migration and cleanup to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors for integrations such as Apteryx, Pearl AI, data warehouse tools and others

• Test system performance, run audits and maintain data quality standards

Provide Post Go Live Support
• Manage and resolve support tickets for the practice management system
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed and ensure timely follow-through

• Work with internal teams to improve workflows and reduce recurring issues

Train and Empower Users
• Deliver hands-on training for practice teams

• Create simple and clear documentation that helps users understand the system and stay confident

What You’ll Bring:
• Three to five years working with a dental PMS such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental
• Experience supporting multi-location implementations or system upgrades
• Comfort with data migration, mapping, validation and testing
• Strong understanding of dental workflows and how technology fits into operations
• Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a simple way

• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping teams succeed

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
• Growth potential and internal career paths
• A collaborative team that values new ideas and continuous improvement
• Hybrid work model with travel for conversions and trainings
• Competitive compensation, generally in the 65000 to 75000 range

• Comprehensive benefits

If you enjoy turning technology challenges into success stories and want to help practices thrive with strong systems and support, we’d be

happy to meet you.
