About the Role

As an Implementation Analyst at Axuall, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation and execution of customer projects.  The primary focus of the role is collecting customer implementation requirements and supporting the design, build, test, and release of customer-specific solutions.  In addition, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth deployment of Axuall's platform. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and project success.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for people who feel comfortable taking on bold initiatives, and who are both highly accountable and self-empowered. Some of the specific functions and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and understand their unique needs.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of Axuall's platform to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and user support to clients to facilitate seamless adoption and utilization of the software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, support, and product, to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
  • Document implementation processes, best practices, and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support Implementation Managers/Sr Implementation Managers

What You’ll Bring

Candidates for Implementation Analyst must demonstrate hands-on experience and knowledge of industry best practices in the functions and responsibilities listed above.  Specific requirements include:

  • Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with jotform or similar form-building solutions
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy standards is a plus.
