About the Role
Engagement Representative will collaborate with clients and employees to provide health and welfare education at events. Responsibilities include supporting the client team, ensuring accurate information delivery, and collaborating with vendors. This role also involves problem-solving, project work, analysis, process improvements, and colleague training. serves as a key client-facing contact accountable for information quality.
Responsibilities
- Delivering benefits presentations at New Employee Onboarding sessions and intern orientations. Provide high touch on-boarding & off-boarding orientations to Executives
- Providing benefits training to client internal partners such as recruiters and executive admin staff. Participate in Annual Enrolment benefits enrolment sessions in -person or as a panellist WebEx.
- Serving as a benefits representative at corporate events such as annual Health Savings Events & recruiting fairs. Assist with special benefits and administration project work.
- Providing high touch benefits support with Acquisitions and Limited Restructures. May include on-site face-to face meetings or WebEx
- Helping measure and evaluate success of engagement approach (surveys, etc.) and helps monitor employee satisfaction
- Partnering with client to review benefits communication materials. Including presentations, guides, emails and other engagement mediums such as portal and mobile apps
- Assisting in reviewing/updating Knowledge Management. Assists with information share with call center based on client, service delivery and user experience initiatives.
- Providing input to call center training based on employee feedback and participate in monthly call calibrations
- Partnering with vendors to identify educational and engagement opportunities. Help the call center promote programs and campaigns
Requirements
- Possess equivalent work experience or 4 years bachelor's
- Possess Minimum of 2-3 years of previous H&W benefits and/or HR/customer service experience
- Possess verbal and written communication skills. Can articulate and convey complex concepts via clear oral and written communication
- Possess critical thinking, problem-solving skills, reasoning and analytical skills
- Possess learning agility and desire to keenly pursue new knowledge and keeps up with changes
- Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
49,400 CAD
Maximum :
78,500 CAD
