About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and detail-driven Digital Selling Operations Specialist to lead the setup, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our digital sales tools. You’ll be the bridge between Sales, Product, IT, and Operations—ensuring our platforms are ready, adopted, and delivering measurable value.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on process but always asks, “How does this help our teams and customers sell better?” By observing real usage, gathering feedback, and driving enhancements, you’ll help shape the future of our digital selling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Setup & Operational Readiness

  • Manage seasonal setup and tracking of digital sales tools using platforms like ClickUp.

  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment and ensure tools are tested and ready on time.

  • Lead retrospectives and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

Sales Enablement & Adoption

  • Understand how sales teams and customers use our tools and identify ways to improve engagement.

  • Analyse usage data to uncover gaps and drive adoption strategies.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and competitor benchmarks to inform future enhancements.

Product Collaboration & Feature Rollouts

  • Partner with Product and IT to align tool development with business needs.

  • Support testing and rollout of new features, ensuring they’re commercially relevant and easy to adopt.

  • Communicate upcoming enhancements clearly to sales teams, including use cases and training.

Training & Support

  • Translate technical features into practical sales use cases.

  • Deliver training that inspires confidence and drives tool usage.

  • Consolidate feedback to inform future improvements.

System Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor tool performance and proactively resolve issues in partnership with technical teams.

About You

  • Experience working with digital tools in sales, operations, or product environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in training delivery and change management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with B2B platforms or eCommerce tools preferred.
