As a Digital Content and Editorial Manager in our dynamic Corporate Affairs team, you will report to the Head of Content and collaborate with teams across the globe. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing Macquarie's global capabilities and the expertise of our people, helping us build an industry-leading global content function. You will also transform topical, unique, and multifaceted stories into insightful and engaging written thought-leadership pieces that tell 'the Macquarie story'.

- Editorial minded and an exceptional writer with proven experience in a professional environment such as journalism or content production
- Proven in producing written content in a range of digital formats - including web and blog articles, social media posts, video scripts, and digital screens
- Experience leading the creation of thought leadership content that aligns with business objectives and engages a digital audience
- Informed on current market trends and best practices and adept at using new tools, including AI, to enhance content performance
- Ability to use analytical insights to measure and improve the impact of content, ensuring continuous improvement
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and teams, adapt to different cultures and consistently seek to improve processes and outcomes.
