Designer II, Graphics – Women’s Mainline

Position Summary:
As the Women’s Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in driving creative direction and delivering graphic designs for the women’s mainline apparel. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director, you will support seasonal graphics research and development, manage the design process, and ensure technical execution from concept to final artwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Director to translate seasonal graphic concepts into product designs.
  • Conduct research to inspire and inform graphic development.
  • Create artwork including illustrations, logos, and all-over prints aligned with seasonal themes and business goals.
  • Develop and update Centric tech packs for all mainline graphic styles.
  • Comment and implement feedback on strike-offs.
  • Refresh carry-over styles with new colors and details.
  • Upload CADs to FTP and Prana following tech pack completion.
  • Participate in tech pack review meetings.
  • Export colorways to Prana for merchandising and visual tools.
  • Revise style descriptions post pass-off per Merch Line Matrix.
  • Maintain and update the Miro board with style and color revisions.
  • Manage the reference and technique library.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Centric.
  • Strong design sensibility with excellent conceptual skills.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, layout, and graphic techniques.
  • Effective multitasking abilities with strong deadline management.

Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
