We're on a mission to implement Denticon PMS across 165 practices, and we're seeking an expert project manager who understands the intricacies of dental practice management systems and can lead this massive transformation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and empowering our dental professionals with the tools they need to excel.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Spearheading Implementation: Lead the charge in implementing Denticon PMS across our 165 practices. You'll be the driving force behind this transformative project, ensuring each practice is set up for success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with practice leaders, IT teams, and end-users to identify needs, address concerns, and ensure buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Training Coordination: Work with our implementation team to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that are not just informative, but engaging and tailored to different user groups.
  • Best Practices Champion: Leverage your expertise in dental PMS to establish and promote best practices across our network of practices.
  • Change Management: Guide our practices through the transition, helping team members embrace the new system and processes with enthusiasm.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones to ensure we're hitting our implementation targets.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Denticon PMS implementations.
  • Communication Superstar: You're an exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from front-office staff to C-level executives.
  • Technical Acumen: You have a deep understanding of practice management systems and their impact on dental practice operations.
