Job Description:

The Special Education and Reading program at DePaul University seeks to fill a full time, non-tenure track faculty position in Special Education to teach in undergraduate and masters level special education programs. The appointment will begin on September 1 of 2025. Applications will be accepted immediately, and the position will remain open until filled.

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and masters level special education courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats, including some courses at the University Center in Lake County, and advising Lake County DePaul students in a one-year intensive residency program. Additional responsibilities include contributing to initiatives to enhance special education programs and active participation in College, Department, and Special Education Program meetings. We seek an individual who shares our vision of becoming the preferred provider of special education programming in the Chicago area.
