Job Description:

Overview

FWI is building a team to deliver a nationwide outreach and awareness campaign that strengthens the visibility and impact of Registered Apprenticeships. As the Creative Director, you will shape the campaign's visual identity and messaging, producing compelling creative content that resonates with target audiences.

Position is contingent upon contract award

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategy aligned with project goals
  • Lead creative conceptualization sessions
  • Create marketing campaigns that correct misconceptions
  • Develop campaign concept packages and visual treatments
  • Maintain high creative standards across all projects
  • Collaborate to develop resonant content strategies
  • Adapt campaigns based on real-time feedback and data
  • Travel within Continental United States may be required

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public policy, or similar field OR 10 years relevant experience without degree
  • Expertise developing and overseeing creative strategy
  • Experience leading brainstorming and conceptualization sessions
  • Experience developing campaign concept packages including scripts, storyboards, mood boards
  • Experience across TV, digital, print, experiential media
  • Ability to develop diverse campaign assets (ads, billboards, PSAs, websites)
  • Strong storytelling and brand identity skills
  • Public Trust clearance is required
