As a key member of our rapidly growing Travel Experience team, you'll directly support our users' travel needs. You'll be responsible for customer satisfaction by resolving issues, communicating effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to remove any obstacles for travelers, all while delivering an exceptional experience. As part of our front line, you'll provide valuable feedback to our product, design, and engineering teams to improve our internal and customer-facing platforms. This exciting role will allow you to directly impact day-to-day operations, traveler experiences, and product development!

What you'll do:

  • Provide top-notch travel support via chat, calls, and emails
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about suppliers, destinations, and systems
  • Quickly assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences
  • Accurately manage hotel, flight, car and train bookings
  • Guide customers through the self-service options of the Navan platform and app
  • Respond quickly, meeting SLA expectations
  • Follow company and customer policies, ensuring global compliance
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on progress on key objectives and processes
  • Participate in team meetings about products, suppliers, and industry updates
  • Keep up with travel industry best practices
  • Maintain attendance, complete assigned training, and meet performance indicators

What we're looking for:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years as a travel consultant covering flight, train and hotel bookings - Mandatory requirement
    • 2+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) – Mandatory requirement
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish – Mandatory Requirement
  • Customer Support: Previous experience in contact centers or customer service roles
  • Technology skills: Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, resolve urgent issues quickly, and work independently to troubleshoot issues
  • Attitude: Empathetic, professional, and excellent at communicating verbally and in writing
