As the owner of end-to-end search engagements, we will look to you to lead everything from inception of candidate contact to on-boarding with finesse and speed that ensures that we secure the best and brightest. By partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to create meaningful interview processes and fantastic candidate experiences, you will redefine how we approach solving for our most compelling organizational objective.
Our team works closely with hiring managers to build a recruitment strategy, create job descriptions, and manage the interview process. Together with the help of a committed internal recruiting team, you will differentiate Vivid Seats as the employer of choice by embodying our values and proudly representing our brand. This position will recruit for high-volume roles, filling new-hire classes that support the entire operations department.
How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, assess hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle.
- Expertly assess talent at every level for skill and cultural fit.
- Be the representative of the Vivid Seats brand in the community, at job fairs, and at industry events.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
- Build offer letters and compensation packages, handle any negotiations with candidates.
- Manage a portfolio of active searches and proactively seek out talent to build the pipeline.
- Play a role in strategic talent initiatives, and HR programs, ensuring that we continue to refine and measure how we recruit great talent.
How your role expectations will progress as a Recruiter in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
30 days in
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful.
- Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
- Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values.
- Meet with hiring managers, set check in cadences, assess applicants, and advance candidates through the interview phases.
90 days in
- Contribute to our approaches, methods, or technologies to support overall business goals and drive team efficiencies.
- Maintain, harvest and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives.
- Fill multiple high volume, call-center and operational focused roles.
- Communicate the business objectives and culture of the operations teams, while serving as the liaison with candidates and managing the logistics throughout the process.
180 days in
- Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for team goals.
- Partner with the HR and recruiting teams to identify and drive the improvement of interview processes to meet evolving team needs.
- Leverage relationships across multiple teams to hone your business acumen, sharing your learnings internally and externally.
- Execute on Vivid Seats' recruiting plan to meet the high-volume hiring demand and scale our local presence.
- Work collaboratively with the Recruiting team to support strategic talent initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a preferred experience in high volume or operational recruitment.
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting including posting to job boards, conducting phone screens, manage and facilitate interviews, facilitate post-interview discussions, extend and negotiate offers.
- Ability to assess behavioral attributions and help hiring teams do the same.
- Ability to gain rapport with others quickly and to build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- An understanding of employment law basics, interviewing best practices and behavioral based interviews.
- Desire to learn the internal recruitment process, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Pay Transparency:
Full time offers from Vivid Seats include annual bonus incentives and equity for all employees; FLEX PTO; mental health days; medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K matching; monthly credits and discounts for attending live events; and a variety of additional workplace perks. The typical starting salary within the full salary range for this position can range. Factors which may affect starting salary include geographic market, relevant skills/experience, education, and other qualifications.
Full Salary Range: $70,000-90,000 USD
Location: Coppell, TX
We believe in a hybrid working model which provides our workforce the flexibility to take advantage of in-person and remote collaboration. This role will require you to be on-site three days a week.
