About the role:

We are looking for a Copywriter to join our incredible and growing team. If you have experience with science and healthcare, a curiosity for why humans make the health decisions they do, and a desire to be the lead writer on your brands, then this just might be the role for you. You will report to the Associate Creative Director. This opportunity is fully remote.

What you'll do:

• Take ownership of your brands and co-lead the copy development of your assigned work
• Be a specialist in all things data, disease, market and brand foundation
• Work in partnership with art and behavioral design colleagues to create concepts, tactics, presentations, and other solutions and progress them through execution
• Demonstrate creative expertise and be able to tell a story on several tactics across print, digital, social and motion, predominantly for HCP audiences (HCP experience is mandatory, patient experience is beneficial)
• Conceptualize successful ideas for pitches, campaigns, and brand planning, and explain how they will work
• Present and defend your work internally and to clients and regulatory teams
• Be a true team player, one who delights in working with medical, behavioral, and other counterparts to ensure the collective vision is being brought to life through your words and the creative product

Who you are:

• An experienced and creative writer with 3-4+ years of experience-you're able to translate complex medical/scientific information into impactful messaging and compelling content, and you can write a remarkable headline
• A storyteller - you can tell an easy to follow story verbally, visually, and through the written word
• True professional -you roll with the feedback, consider it thoughtfully, and never take it personally
• Naturally curious- you're a lifelong learner and you keep up with developments in your marketplace, pop culture, trends, and technologies and how they impact our work
• A good human - you display class in all you do and are a person with whom others want to work
• Committed - you're purposely camera-on whenever possible and intentionally collaborative
